Studio 4.15 is located in downtown Waco on Austin Ave. Our studio is a single-story building with free parking conveniently located directly in front of the entrance for easy access for your session. Entry into the studio is provided through a secure code box system, allowing you to conveniently enter the space at your scheduled rental time. You will also be the only renter present in the studio during your booked session time.
Enjoy nearly 2,000 square feet of shooting space featuring over 20 props, including a wide variety of accent chairs and stools to fit any photography style. The studio also includes an arch feature wall, a boudoir bed setup, an electric backdrop system with seamless paper backdrops, and more.
Inside the studio, you’ll find a spacious restroom that also doubles as a changing room for client convenience. We also offer rotating seasonal and specialty sets throughout the year, giving you fresh and unique options for every type of shoot.

When booking your session, please make sure to carefully select the appointment type that best matches the kind of session you are planning. This should include setup, shooting, and breakdown for your shoot.

Please choose your preferred day and time when booking your session. If plans change, you can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance unless approved otherwise.

When booking, you must agree to the following:
Groups larger than 6 people must purchase the appropriate add-on.
Rental time starts and ends exactly at the booked time.
No refunds will be given. Reschedules/cancellations may receive studio credit if done within the cancellation policy limits.
Cake smashes on paper backdrops will result in an $85 fee.
Holiday/creative sets may only be used if the correct appointment type is booked. Failure to do so results in a minimum $85 fee.
Damaging a paper backdrop by not following studio rules will result in a $50 fee.
All props must be returned to the wall before leaving or a $15 fee will be charged.
Renters are responsible for any damages or excessive messes created during their session and may be charged a $25–$100 cleaning/damage fee.

You will receive a detailed email 30 minutes before your rental time with instructions on how to enter the building and properly lock up when you leave.
Please remember to return the key to the lockbox and lock the front door before leaving. Failure to return the key to the lockbox will result in a $200 negligence fee.
