Your rental time begins exactly at your scheduled rental time. You must exit the studio at the end of your rental time promptly as there is likely a rental after you. If you are hosting mini sessions, please keep this in mind and book additional time for your setup and tear down.

We do not offer refunds. If you need to reschedule your session you can do so through the confirmation link in your email.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A DETAILED EMAIL 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR RENTAL TIME WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ENTER INTO THE BUILDING, AND LOCK UP WHEN YOU LEAVE.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN THE KEY TO THE LOCKBOX AND LOCK THE FRONT DOOR UPON LEAVING. IF YOU FAIL TO RETURN THE KEY TO THE LOCKBOX, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $200 NEGLIGENCE FEE.
